Please read the following terms and conditions carefully and enter your name and e-mail address at the bottom of the page, then click "accept". Your enrollment in the program must be accompanied by your acceptance of these conditions, however don't worry -- your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions does not oblige you to attend Coeur de France, but is necessary for us to provide you with an estimate of the costs for your proposed program. See "FAQ" if you're unsure about anything and feel free to e-mail us if you haven't found answers to your questions.

Registration, Books and Materials Fee: There is a 75 euro fee for your registration, books and materials.

Accommodation Reservations: We will contact you with details regarding your choice of accommodations. Weekly accommodations in rental houses/apartments are based on Saturday arrival and departure. For students requesting hotel accommodations, we will seek your approval of the room rate before confirming the reservation.  Hotels accommodations are daily. Coeur de France is paid for all lodging accommodations except hotel (you pay the hotel directly).

Payment Methods: Coeur de France will provide you with instructions for payment of deposit and fees upon receipt of your completed enrollment materials. We accept payment by credit card (Master card and Visa but not American Express) wire transfer, personal checks drawn on French banks and cash in euros.

Cancellation, postponement and Refund Policy: If Coeur de France is unable to enroll you in the program of your choice before you arrive, a full refund of your deposit will be made. Change of reservation dates (including postponement) are subject to a 100 euro fee and must be made before arrival. If you need to cancel your class enrollment and/or your accommodation, you must notify Coeur de France by registered mail.  Fees are 90% refundable if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the course; fees are nonrefundable if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to the start of the course. Once a program started it is deemed to be completed and no refund nor credit can be given for unattended lessons, weeks or courses, in whole or in part, nor can refunds of accommodation fees be made in whole or in part. All litigation is presented and heard at the Tribunal d'Instance de Bourges, (Cher) France. There are no classes on French national holidays nor are Group classes made up; a tuition fee adjustment will be made or class time made up for One to One tutorial programs, Le Petit 1:1, Family & Couples programs, and the private instruction portion of the Combination class.

Insurance: SARL Coeur de France, its employees and agents will not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries caused during any program undertaken. The student/client is solely responsible for his/her own health, accident, liability, travel, cancellation and personal insurance. Student/clients are advised to obtain all appropriate travel, medical and cancellation insurance in their country of origin before departure.

Number of Students: Maximum number of students in Group class is 7. Under-enrolment: If 2 students are enrolled in a particular Group class, the class will meet for 17 hours per week; if 1 student, 14 hours per week.
