Named in honor of 2 heros of the Siege of Sancerre in 1573, the Martinat and the La Fleur apartments are historic additions to our properties.
These 1 and 2 bedroom apartments are located just a 2 minute walk from school.
Both apartments are air conditioned.
Martinat apartment has large southern exposed windows in the living room overlooking Sancerre's historic Place du Connétable. The living room has beautiful exposed oak ceiling beams, wall-to-wall carpeting. A fully-equipped kitchen, large bedroom and bathroom complete the ensemble.
La Fleur apartment is available as a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment. As a 1 bedroom apartment, it can accommodate a maximum of 7. In 2 BR configuration it can accommodate a maximum of 9.
La Fleur has a spacious 50 square meter (500 square feet) suite that includes a sleeping area with a "king size" bed (for 2 people) and a "queen size" bed (for 2 people), living area with tv, dvd, free wifi access, sofa bed (for 2 people), arm chair, a second sofa, coffee table, credenza. A separate bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a folding bed if needed. Massive oak ceiling beams in the suite ad a sense of history and authenticity.
Combining the 2 apartments, Martinat - La Fleur 3 BR can accommodate a maximum of 11 persons.
Each apartment has central heat and air conditioning, a private bathroom, kitchen, washer/dryer, free wifi access, flat screen TV, DVD and access to a lovely terrace facing the medieval Tour des Fiefs which dominates Sancerre and the Loire Valley below.
Weekly Rates
Martinat 1 BR: 750 euros. La Fleur 1 BR: 675 euros. La Fleur 2 BR: 750 euros.
Martinat - La Fleur 3 bedroom (both apartments together for a maximum 11 people): 1300 euros
Note: These accommodations are strictly nonsmoking and no animals are permitted.
