Hands On GastronomyIn this weekly hands-only class, students are introduced to Loire Valley gastronomy, its preparation, presentation and "dégustation" while simultaneously improving their verbal French skills. The class is open to all ages and levels of students. To insure a quality learning experience the class is conducted at Coeur de France by Coeur de France teachers themselves and class size is limited.

Here are just some of the appetizers, main courses and desserts that students will cook (and eat): Boeuf Sancerreois, Crêpes Suzette, Pâté aux pommes de terre, Salade de crottin chaud, Omelette à l'oseille, Tarte Tatin, Quiche lorraine, Coq au vin, Lapin aux pruneaux, Pintade rôtie, Saumon en papillote, Moelleux au chocolat, Tarte aux pommes... DetailsCost: Adults are 25 euros per 2 - 3 hour lesson; children under 10 years-old are 12 euros. Cost includes the meal and wine!
