IMPORTANT NOTE for USA bank customers: Many
American banks utilize a computerized credit card holder profile designed to
combat credit card fraud. This system detects unusual charge activity – such as
a charge made in France for your deposit payment – and will systematically
refuse the charge.
To permit us to charge your card for the deposit amount, kindly telephone your
bank and authorize Coeur de France (in Sancerre, France) to charge your card for
the deposit amount above BEFORE sending us your payment information.
Cancellation policy: Deposits are 90% refundable if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the start of the course; deposits are not refundable if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the start of the course. For more information, please see Terms and Conditions.
